This policy explains how VoletPro collects, uses and protects personal information, in accordance with Quebec's Law 25 and Canada's PIPEDA.
For customer firms: name, email, firm name, billing details (handled by Paddle — we never see your card number).
For firms' clients: the information the firm or its client enters in the file. For this data, the firm is responsible for the information and VoletPro acts as a service provider on its behalf.
Technical information (IP address, login logs) is used to keep the service secure.
To provide the service, secure accounts, send necessary emails (login, invoices, notices) and answer your requests. We never sell personal information and do not do targeted advertising.
Data is hosted on servers in Canada (OVH, Beauharnois, Quebec), with encrypted backups.
We use a few providers: Paddle (payments) and Amazon Web Services (email delivery). These providers may process some information outside Quebec, under appropriate contractual safeguards.
Information is kept while the account is active, then deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time, unless the law requires us to keep it.
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, and withdraw your consent. An firm's clients should contact their firm first.
