VoletPro is online case-management software for immigration professionals. The VoletPro service is operated by Primer Consulting & Marketing FZCO ("we").

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns and applicable taxes.
Prices are shown on the Pricing page. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
VoletPro is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, renewed automatically until cancelled.
A free trial may be offered. Your subscription only starts if you choose to pay at the end of the trial.
You can cancel at any time. Access stays active until the end of the period already paid. See the Refund Policy.
You are responsible for keeping your passwords confidential and for the access you give your staff.
You agree to use VoletPro in accordance with applicable laws and the rules of your professional body.
The information you and your clients enter into VoletPro belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can export your data at any time from your account.
We make every reasonable effort to keep the service available and secure, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
VoletPro is a work tool: it does not replace professional judgment. You remain responsible for the files and forms you submit to the authorities.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service during the previous 12 months.
We may change these terms. For any significant change, we will notify you in advance by email or in the app.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
