How it works, step by step

From the firm signing up to the interview. The video below gives an overview; the detail follows.

1. The firm signs up online

In 2 minutes, on voletpro.ca: you choose your address and password. Your space is created right away, with a free 30-day trial, no credit card.

2. The agent opens a client file

From your dashboard, you create a file: client name, language, case type, province. The client receives a sign-in link.

3. The client fills the questionnaire, in their language

The client answers online, in one of 12 languages, at their own pace. A Law 25 consent screen precedes data entry. You follow progress section by section.

4. The agent tracks documents and deadlines

A checklist tailored to the case type, ticked off as items arrive. Key dates appear in an agenda and in a reminder banner.

5. VoletPro generates the government forms

From the answers, VoletPro produces the federal (IMM) and Quebec PDFs, already filled. You check them and you file.

6. The agreement, trust account, billing, reviews

The service agreement (CICC) is filled from the file and the client signs it online. Retainers go into the trust ledger, with receipts. You invoice the client; a paid invoice flows into the accounting (income, expenses, sales tax by province, reports). After the file, a satisfaction questionnaire sends happy clients to Google.

7. The agent prepares the client for the interview

VoletPro composes the letter of questions to review, tailored to the case type. The client prepares answers in their portal, in writing or by voice, and you review them. Both spouses answer separately.

8. Option: your firm's website

For 10 $/month, VoletPro puts your firm's website online with your .ca or .com domain name included, registered in your name. Visitor requests arrive in VoletPro, ready to become new files.
